I have seen this house in person and was fortunate to have a very sunny day. The view is literally breathtaking. I did not go for it because I needed two bedrooms but I thought the price was correct, the town is incredibly beautiful and again, that view!

The view from the terrace is really nice! Grazie, RIno. I love the insert with the map and info on the town. I always look up the towns myself (I am indeed shopping for a house in the region) but having input from a local in INVALUABLE!

At this price point this home could be updated. I think it would be perfect for an individual or couple looking to move to Italy. The terrace staircase definitely needs to be relocated to the alcove outside the bathroom. I'd enlarge the room on the terrace to accommodate the stairs, possibly adding a half bath (toilet & sink). With an outdoor kitchen, the terrace would make a great entertaining space. I like the info and maps you added to this video. It's helpful to know more about the towns, location, and services available in the area.

I like the idea of adding the map and short info about the town. Remember not to pan/scroll too quickly! What would also be helpful would be the market days in the location. The property has potential, and for that price in Penne it is a steal. Thanks Rino.

I think an appraiser would say that the price should be reduced because the current floor plan is an example of functional obsolescence. Putting a staircase elsewhere would require erecting a roof over the staircase as is currently the case with the bathroom pull down staircase. That kind off staircase in the U.S. is typically found in hallways to access an attic. I see problems dealing with the property.
