Filmed May 22nd, 2018. CP always uses good power for their spray trains and this year was no exception. D&H 7303 is one of two remaining D&H GP38-2s left in service on CP. 7312 was repainted a few years ago when it went through CP's GP38-2 rebuild program. This video is a good representation of our weather in the spring and summer. Just as the train was coming into Tilbury a pop-up thunderstorm blew through dumping a good amount of water on everything. Within about 10 minutes the storm had passed and we had lots of sun for nice photography at Saint Joachim. After that more afternoon storms started rolling in and in the late afternoon blocked out the sun for our last shot at Wallace Line. I'm just happy I got one good shot of it in sun with a search light. Enjoy!
