Check the hydraulic hose to the clutch slave cylinder. Look for any traces of moisture on it. They are notorious for weeping and drawing air into the system

On WRX/STI, subaru had a variable signal, I believe square wave, to the pump, controlled by ecu based on load/boost. You may want to run a straight 12V wire to the pump to eliminate that variable.

Check the fuel rail. I ran into this issue before running a used line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail, and a used fuel rail. Check the filters inside the injectors. check the orientation of the nut on the end of the fuel rail

It's your clutch where you fill up the fluid you can see it all over your windshield all over the wipers and everything you've got a leak somewhere right by the windshield so it has to be that fitting almost guarantee it

I might try lowering your alternator loads by replacing all bulbs with LEDs and improving grounds and increasing wire gauges, I used to be able to hear my fuel pump sag from power starvation be for I converted to full LED.

If it’s high rpm lockout your chasing still you need a stronger clutch the spring isn’t strong enough to re-engage, I had the same problem with my last mustang.

i would delete that pipe between the clutch master cylinder and the braided hose maybe get a new clutch hose that is correct thread and seats

...I recommend you to install a Stealth Aeromotive 340 fuel pump. It isn't very expensive and it does a great job. I don't trust the AEM pumps, many of them broke up very quickly. But it's very important to use a catch-tank once installed a better fuel pump, otherwise the pump may pump too much fuel in a short amount of time and suck air if the tank is half full.

Might sound dumb but maybe the heat coming off that rear coolant hose is making the fluid too hot in the clutch master cylinder might need to drain it and run like dot5 or 6 brake fluid in it, I had a problem similar to that in my fc put a higher temp fluid in it and it was good to go, just a idea though

Was having same problem with a 1993 pickup. Tell i back bled it with a pump oil can an bled it up from the slave cylinder tell it filled the the master up. Haven't had problems of it losing pressure since then

The new piece that you swapped into the trans might be defective just a thought I replaced a slave cylinder on my truck and it was bad and that was my whole issue
