There are some great gags in this. The woman who gave them instructions to the W Morris agency offers a handshake ,which of course as Orthos they can't take. (she gets bundled off with a flyer for the non existent film instead..). They are trying to point out how different Willamsburg and the swish part of LA are. .. seconds later Modi tries to interrupt an agent on the phone - she sees he's Orthodox and says "sorry, I don't have any change on me" - thinking he's after Tzaddakah.
