I know it's been a while since I last posted anything to this channel, and I apologize for never really updating it. I've been mainly focusing on photography over the last few years. You can view my photos here www.flickr.com...
Back in the summer of 2018 me and some buddies went on a week-long trip to document PRR signals on the Pittsburgh Line. One of those days the UP OCS happened to run back west from New York. We started the chase near Alexandria, PA at MP 211, and ended it near Greensburg. We only shot the train three times since we didn't know the territory very well, and wanted to play it safe. It was a fairly successful chase, although we didn't get sun for 2 of the 3 shots and just had nose light when we did have sun.
I plan on starting to post more videos here soon. They're not "good" since I mainly just set the tripod up and hit record, but I have a lot of video of things you can't see anymore; namely signal infrastructure that has since been upgraded/replaced. Hope you enjoy this for what it is!
Train: NS O66 (UP office car special) with UP 1943 (SD70ACe) and UP 9082 (SD70ACe).
