FYI: My favorite crockpot recipe for roast is really simple....Place roast in crockpot, add one can of cream of celery soup, a package of dry onion soup mix and add a little bit of water. Cook for 8 hours on low. It makes its own gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes. Yum!
