I’ve been in France at Easter before, definitely a 4 day weekend. I am always stunned at the difference in approach to business and life. Travelling/living abroad is such a learning experience.

Good for you! I’m 71 and did the same but stupidly decided to cut it and I’m So disappointed now. I hope I live long enough to let it grow again😅😅😅. I love Abbie’s long hair and the color too.

Slight wave, grey mixed with other natural colours. I only have to please me. I get mixed reactions. Some really like it, some are envious, some ‘suggest’ maybe it’s time to cut it…. You do what feels good to you. 🌷🌷🌷

Abby,love the first song,said it all. Am with you. Desktop computer crashed, getting bad girl phone calls for stuf have no control,the myasthenia med I rely on is out of stock so trying to make do with 2yr expired fast acting, plums, apricot set fruit now going into 20s tonight while cherry is blooming. Got jasmine for inside,cat ate 1/3of it,now stylishly encased in hardware cloth. Good thing is got baby blueberries planted in containers and in protected area so can bury them in leaves,got cheap paint even if not sure where to use it...hope tomorrow is better for both of us
Love the colors you are painting that beautiful room. I hope things get sorted out with your insurance company very soon. I would be super frustrated, too. All will work out but getting there can be a real pain.
Happy Easter I hope your spoilt with chocolate Easter eggs. Yes, I’ve heard the beaucracy in France frustrates people especially trying to get paperwork done and even worse with holiday weekends like Easter. I still think the pluses out weigh the minuses living in France though 😁🇫🇷
I love your color choices. I'm glad you decided to go with the darker lighter blue than the lighter light blue. It ties in nicely. It's neat how the colors change when the light changes in the room. Very cozy.👍

You are to be commended for your perseverance in decorating, château maintenance, and broconting. From my watching a number of the château people, this appears to be the nature of the lifestyle required, especially in the feathering the nest stage. Hopefully you can get through it ASAP and begin to enjoy the benefits of living in a beautiful place doing some creative things. I had a number of years in Chianti where I live the lifestyle that I enjoyed. Fortunately, it required minimum sweat equity, and after 35 years of hard slogging labor in my academic position, and in my private practice as a psychologist, I would not have been up to the equity you put in
