The great thing about getting older: no more periods. It’s lovely. Really worth it! I was also a heavy bleeder with anemia from time to time. Hopefully you GP helps you get a good solution for the long term.
As I commented before, women do not get enough information on their options. Love the conversation. For me, I have been down this path and sometimes wished I had someone to talk through the options. Love the look. These shades are beautiful
I’m glad your medical office took you seriously and got you in to see the doctor quickly! I’m also very glad he explained all your options to you. What a stressful start to your appointment with the cancelled bus, though! Gah! Meat tree???!!! 😱😱😱 who knew??!! Beige Mitzah looks beautiful on you. … and then the addition of the LE was perfect! I ended up buying both of these Dior quints, too. They are both so pretty!
Honestly thank goodness Nikola was such a good sport otherwise I would’ve missed it and been super stressed about it. I think the two quints can make such beautiful combos and layering can’t wait to try it all!!

I just finished my licencing exam in another country and I am binge watching your videos and being a medical person myself infact a derm I was so enjoying your videos that I have watched back to back! But here's a twist I am too in my 40s and experiencing the 10 day and beyond period situation 🙃 sorry TMI but your suggestion so helped me think about Ibuprofen which had completely skipped my mind as I'm already on IUCD .... so thanks so much for discussing these topics ... they indeed help a lot of women! Ah it was just such a relief that I got to discuss that properly. Now that I have tried it…it would have pulled too orange on you. You would not have loved it.
Love the look! I have Beige Mitzah, and I’m sure I have some forest green colors to play with. 😊 I had a uterine ablation for my severe bleeding, but because I’ve never borne a child, my uterus was too small for the tools to do a good job. So, it didn’t work. And I have had a DVT, so the pill was not an option for me, either. Thankfully, my severe bleeding wasn’t painful, but I wish someone would have told me that ibuprofen could have maybe helped slow it down! So, maybe it will help someone else to know that. Hope you don’t have a fibroid, and you are doing better soon.
Beige Mitzah is SO good! I hope that the nsaids will work but there’s no guarantee. Not everything will be effective for everyone. But dang it would be so nice of the solution can be so easy.
Absolutely have a few outfits that I have found a particular makeup look for. This week I changed up the eye look I usually do with one particular dress, and at the end of the day I wished I had just gone with my go-to look 😆
The IUS (hormone coil) was a major game changer for me. I had v heavy & painful periods ( it was like getting bad flu every months) and within 3 months it completely changed, really light and a bit uncomfortable. I was so much happier and it saved me a fourtune 🤣 I would recommend to anyone. Getting it put in/taken out is a bit ikky but so is having a smear done. and its something you only have to deal with evey 5 years. That said you're dealling with much lighter bleeds.
Uggghh I will consider it if I don’t respond to the naproxen solution but I am also a bit iffy about placing a foreign object in my uterus which could cause unwanted effects. By me they can take the whole thing out I won’t need it anymore anyway 😂. Out with the uterus!

I had similar issues in my forties with heavy bleeding. I had a “Novasure” treatment. It was so painful. No words. The worst was that it had minimal effect. Last step was a hysterektomy at 45 years. It was a huge reelief. The only downside is that i dont know when i hit menopause.
Oh gosh so uterine ablation is as painful as it sounds. My doctor did mention that it’s effective in 80% of the cases which to me was not a high enough percentage I would rather remove the whole thing altogether then.

meat tree.... like steak fillets?! naproxyn will have to be monitored as you use it. take good care of your tum-tum ; ) So....how come a scan can't be done right away to know if you have any fibroids roasting beef in your lady parts instead of waiting three months? knowing or not knowing the lid hides a brush is either a marketing or product development problem than yours. You are far from being dumb because of it. They should do better to publicize it or have it in a way the buyer will notice.
I was going to say a similar thing. Product design (whether a physical tool or software) should bring us delight and satisfaction. If it makes us feel idiotic or we can’t tell how, *it’s* the fail. 🤓
