I was afraid that the celestial jade is a similar to citrine envy but on another review its highly similar to Nocturnal Nirvana blitz astral quad green as well! I mean if this whole collection comes in a deeply discounted price I will still be buying all ! But so far I'm waiting 😌

Now I understand the name Luminous Legends! Your swatches showed that the shadows are repeats (or in new formula) of the most hyped shadows from previous collections. Quite bright idea. I am not a collector so now is the opportunity to buy the best ones...
You are serving Caramel Apple realness, absolutely love this look (and that jumpsuit, wow!). Yours was the review I was looking forward to the most, so thank you, as well as for the swatch comparisons. I’ve only seen a couple of reviews, from Europe, as all U.S. orders ship on October 4th. I only know that because I contacted customer service, as I was beside myself seeing my order still “unfulfilled.” 😂 So that’s why there are so few reviews (you really have to dig, at this point)-the States haven’t even had their orders shipped! I got all shadows except the black/gold duo, and after watching this review, I have absolutely zero regrets. Even when Pat’s formulas are not-great, they’re still stellar and I know that if I want impeccable shadow, all I have to do is reach for Mother (with Natasha being a close second). Very much looking forward to your full week of looks/final review, and hope you had a great work trip in Gay Paree [sic]! ❤

The celestial jade duo looks tempting for someone who has missed out on the older mega palette as the green/citrine envy dupe looks delicious. But the price of the duo has me firmly waiting for a sale.
I’m all about the shiny and glittery, so it’s hard to skip this launch completely, but I’m going to wait for a sale. I was hankering for the green shade, but I have the other mega palette with the dupe, lol. It’s disappointing, but not unusual for Pat to dupe herself, sadly. I’m betting you’ll find more similar shades through the week, and I’m here for it!
Oh Mariam. I too am tired of people poo pooing PML products. It feels like a strange type of sport these days. Saying that I don’t really like this palette, for me anyway. The shadows look thick, heavy and way too glittery. Sure, ok for during the holiday season I guess. But objectively they the opitome of ‘aging’ shadows. I did see a young woman in her 20s use it and yes it looked fun, bright and blingy on her, but most definitely not a daytime look. I like that brown matte shadows though.

I’m so glad it was just me with the code! I began to doubt myself 😂 I have mine coming tomorrow, it shipped pretty fast, the last year or so I personally found shipping to the uk suddenly got very slow! I love the green jumpsuit.

I don’t know if I just got unlucky or if it just went downhill in general but there’s been orders where I’ve had to double check it’s not been cancelled because over a week it still wasn’t dispatched. Almost two weeks before it left the warehouse. They are using fedex this time though, it’s normally DHL
If i didn't had the majority of the Motherships and 2 quads (the interstellar icon and nocturnal nirvana) i'd be tempted to buy this palette. It's daily friendly and pops of fun, but i have them already. Including Mothership 9 with that lilac baked shadow that looks similar with the Orchid opulence
This is the ONLY video about Pat McGrath holiday collection that is worth watching! 👏👏👏 Thanks for the comparisons! Can you compare next time the light blue in the middle row with the similar one from one Star Wars quint? And the lavender with Lavendaring? I’ll skip for sure the green duo. And for now I’ll wait on the Mega palette: it’s half pink/orange (first row and half mid row) so not my cup of tea… And among the remaining shades 2 are repeats.. The only shade I truly love is the lavender in the middle row but it’s very similar (both in color and texture) to one shade in TF Violet Satine, that I own… So honestly I should just skip this collection. Maybe if the Mega palette goes on sale, but even then I don’t know 😘
Hmm I’m waiting to buy I don’t have any Megas aside from last years with the blushes I got both so maybe worth it for me. Although I do have all the Quints from last 2 holiday and star wars. Im torn but leaning towards get it.
Glad EU has good shipping now. Here in the US I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped, even after ordering on launch day....which is totally standard for them. 😂
I love LE except her foundation love the skintint and the newer lipliners probably the most but i have loved everything i tried but that foundation. I am gonna pick up this pallet and the ione liquid when that comes back instock and maybe another one. I cant wait to see what the next 2 pallets are gonna look like. I like the fawn pallet but i dont like the pink shade but i will probably just replace it with a vega or Sorcery shade or mix and match . I was so upset about the Chanel cream blush release i wanted a beige color blush but then it ended up being not tan skin friendly and i heard the rose radiant might not even be dark enough and that was my other choice o ans i hate that they are so heavly franganced why they feel the need to put such a strong perfume in a blush is beyond me alittle fine but why do u have to knock us over with it 😂. I love the beige terracotta type shades im not really a pink girl . That Suqqu blush is beautiful. I want to try the new number 5 and the darker holiday blush but i just dont want to spend 300$ for a quad and 2 blushes it is crazy shipping and fees, thats why i haven't tried Suqqu yet.
I was not a fan of the foundation either, tried the samples twice and it just wasn’t for me. You can check out Daphne I think DapsMakeup on youtube. She bought one of the Chanel cream to powder blushes so she is a good one to check for darker skin tone recommendations.
Mariam, just letting you know that I'm a silent subscriber. I've been watching you for about a year now but I just had to come out and say thank you for all the information you provide. I'm only just getting into Pat's makeup in the last 2 months and there is so much controversy, which I don't understand why. I know they say her constant use of pinks but giving people misinformation about formulas is just wrong. On top of this, they even suggest we buy from Indie brands which give us more pinks and rainbow colors than Pat has ever given. The whole thing doesn't make any sense. Your channel seems like the only one I can trust right now.

As others here have said, it has become trendy to be extra negative about her releases. Partly, I understand it...when it is coming from the people who just want the Pat from 5 years ago, but frankly others are just hopping on the hate train without really too much in-depth knowledge about the brand (or business really) which irritates me. ❤❤❤
@@mariam.a. I’ve been the longest fan of Natasha Denona but when I bought my first PM palette, I was in awe of the formula. I definitely prefer the color stories from ND. But the performance of Pat’s palettes are just way better. I do wish Pat would give us different color stories with less use of pinks. But I also do appreciate that she’s a creator. And being creative is something that comes from within (based on what inspires a person not what others dictate to us). But unfortunately when it comes to business, I’ll agree that Pat needs to go back to delivering the same quality that attracted her customers to the brand. Oh well. Let’s see how it all plays off. 🤷🏽♀️ p.s - sorry I replied you earlier with my other YT account so had to delete.
@JoStylin I like ND but her makeup certainly doesn’t invoke the same feelings in me as Pat’s. Especially the first few years of PML, nothing came close to being this special…as if someone gave us a peek through the curtains of high fashion runway shows. It so cool!! I guess becoming a bigger more successful business comes as a cost.
Dank voor je heldere uitleg, ik had de andere video's ook gezien....was het ook niet eens, hoe ze erover dachten. Ik vind de oogschaduws na steeds fantastisch, ook de oudere paletten. Ik ben heel erg benieuwd naar deze Mega en ook waarschijnlijk 1 van de quints. Ik dacht er ook een nieuw oogpotlood bij zou komen, of in ieder geval het blauwe. Het zal weer geld gaan kosten😂😊
Ik hoop eignelijk dat ik gelijk heb want een mega van de quint formule klinkt erg aantrekkelijk haha. Dus duimen!! Oh ja geld gaat het kosten maar geen regrets hier, ik heb er zin in!
