Love your vlog as always. I find you are so relatable especially the struggles with menopause. Hope this week is a better one for you, the sun is shining atlast yayyy x
Hi Clare, I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through a tough time again. It's amazing to see how you're using pottery to cope with your mental health struggles. It's a wonderful reminder that creative outlets like art, crafts, and hobbies can be so therapeutic. Baking and gardening have been my go-to activities for self-care, but you've inspired me to give pottery a try as well. Thank you for sharing your journey with us, and know that you're not alone. Sending you love and strength! ❤
Hi Clare, I just came across from Dawn's Days as she highly recommended you. I love your chatty style vlogs. I am sorry you are suffering health wise + would like to recommend a book. I have just discovered Dr. Mindy Pelz's book Fast like a Girl.. She addresses womens health and healing through fasting. She also has a youtube channel. Fasting as well as burning fat, boosts energy, and balances hormones. This book is a must-read for women struggling with their bodies in every way. I am 70 now and only wish I would have discovered it when I was younger. I'm looking forward to watching more of your ylogs
I'm feeling exactly like you at the moment, anxious and really don't want to leave the house so seeing your vlog pop up was an absolute treat. Made a pact with myself to start exercising again and it's you that's motivating me to do it. I understand the boob issue, I've started wearing double layers to hide mine, 😢 You brighten my day lovely 😊 xx glad Mum's OK too!
Hi Clare, the menopause can be so awful can’t it? I enjoyed watching and seeing your beautiful walks. I was watching Dawns Days yesterday and she recommended your vlogs.! Looking forward to seeing more of you 😊
Great to see the frequency of the vlogs Claire. It’s interesting how you mentioned you have been dizzy, I’ve been experiencing this for 4 months now. Waiting to see the ENT specialist. Waiting list is ridiculous. The dizziness for me is with motion, so I’m avoiding driving at the moment. Symptoms never give us a break do they. Hope the menopause appointment went well. It will be interesting to hear about it. Take care and love to you both. ❤
@@frecklesforties No. I’m not sure about it, trying everything else first. Lol.. I am on Levothyroxine for my thyroid, GP said it wasn’t that causing the dizziness. X
Claire I left a comment before but it’s somehow gone. I wanted to recommend to you the “neck and shoulder stretch” from yoginimelbourne channel. She is fantastic and the sequence is magic for the neck. Hang in there! Hope you will feel better soon
Sorry, my ipad is playing up. At a size 10 I was convinced I looke fat. Now after the menopause and size 16 I know I'm fat. That's body dysmorphia for you. 😂😢
Hi Claire, I'm so sorry that you are feeling so down and, at times, unable to face the world. Crafting of any sort does help as it focuses our minds on something else other than our insecurities. Who knows why some men act like morons,, I think it makes them feel better about themselves! Your neck looks really sore - I'll take your word for it that it doesn't hurt. The walk at Ascot was great, thank you for that - and the visit to Vyne house was amazing, such history and beauty in one place - a bit like my house ha ha. I'm glad mam's operation went well and that she is in the recovery stage, I refused to have mine done because I can't spare the recovery time as I'm caring for George these days. Stay safe and throw that clay with all your might ❤ x
Try again. I had body dystopia ( my tablet is spelling this incorrectly ) when I was a size 10 & convinced I was fat. Now after the menopause & change in body shape to size 16, I know I'm fat !! 😂😢
Hi Clare. Love your vlogs. How do you deal with your restless legs? I get them quite bad at night time now. I usually end up taking painkillers to try to ease them! xxx
