I just wanna say a BIG thank you for your recipes especially for Chawanmushi and Dashi~ my baby is turning 1 soon and she’s super picky but she loves LOVES your version of Chawanmushi! it’s healthy and I feel so comfortable feeding her this! PLEASE PLEASE do more videos on baby version of japanese cuisine! THANK YOU!!

My Japanese friend taught me how to make this. We also used shrimps and fish. Because there was no steamer, we use microwave instead. One of my favorite Japanese recipes

Looking back this, it's very intesresting to see Sutan trying to touch everything, like she has already established her learning method. Sutan is still a baby but she is advancing a lot more now and I get excited seeing her grow. And now she is aware of what to touch and can distinguish food from toys from clothes from dangerous items.

All I can think is “goodness I hope that chicken cooked thoroughly” - most other recipes I’ve seen cook it before hand. Also - What an adorable child! I think it’s funny how everyone in the world has trouble getting along - but we all see each others babies as the most adorable thing ever. Maybe it’s the possibility things might get better with the next generation.

電子レンジで作ってみました。 もちろんまともに作れないのは予測できたので、茶碗蒸し風スープを作ることを目標としてレンチンクッキングをしてみました。 汁気が多い方が食感が悪くならないと思い、卵とだし汁の割合を1:4でやってみました。 結果は大成功！ 見てくれは良くなかったですが、別のお碗に移して盛り付けを良くして少しでも美しく。 結果、とても優しい味わいの茶碗蒸し風スープができましたー
