I want to cry! I just spent $120 in groceries which is mainly produce from Whole Foods. Next week, I will definitely go to Aldi's. My husband complain about my budget but with this, we can actually go on dates😍
Coffee Girl if you have an Asian market where you live, you can find some really fresh produce for pretty cheap! My boyfriend is half Asian, so we’re been making a lot of Asian vegetables lately. We can get bok choy, Chinese broccoli, green onions, lots of different mushrooms, carrots, etc each week for under $20 :) I live in Southern California, so not sure if you have one near you but just a thought :)

I'm I the only one who hates frozen grapes? They're too cold and then they get mushy if they melt. I like the crunch :) Awesome haul! Aldi is the besttttt.
Aldi is the best place to grocery shop. It makes eating plant based for me completely easy. They even meat substitutes from time to time. Wish they had tofu though! I saw it once.
@Raja K your consuming the energy of a animal that was tormented, suffered, and crying for its life. I pretty much doubt you "feel" better when you eat them. Don't be a slave to your mind
I love Aldi too. My favorite grapes are the black ones. Globes are good too, but the seeds are no fun. Frozen grapes taste like popsicles to me. Love them. What a fun video, thanks.
Aldi is the best and I save so much money when I shop there and get more for my money as well. I find myself being able to eat a healthier meal due to Aldi and I'm really grateful that I have 2 near me.
I love Aldi! They have the best frozen blueberries imo. I saw those hash browns when I went yesterday & didn't buy any; I'll have to try them next time I go!

Don't let the lack of options bring you down! I felt the same way you do, but in my country vegan cheese arrived at the supermarket for the first time this week! The more vegan items we buy, the more options they'll give us! 😊
alexandra cool but not a single person in india knows about veganism and most of us don't use cheese :D even though they sell a lot of cheese we don't use it and we worship cows cos it gives us milk we don't eat beef cos it's our sacred god only if the cow wants to give the milk...they milk her if not they will just let go currently i turned vegetarian there are so many indians who are vegetarian i will turn vegan when i do my further studies in the US :)
I hate "real" cheese, but I just gave you an example :) and most of the people in my country don't know what veganism is either. That's why I was so surprised to see vegan cheese at the supermarket; apparently we make a difference, even though there aren't many of us here :)

I don't know if you'll read this comment but you should try out going to Aldi on evenings, they often have many fruits and vegetables on sale then :) As the stores are closed on Sundays here in Germany there are many things cheaper on a Saturday night! xoxo
Love aldi! makes whole food plant based living so affordable and I always freak out when I find vegan stuff there (found organic kale burgers last week🙌)
I've been watching your videos for a little while now, and they are so entertaining!! All the food you eat is so pretty and it shows me all the different things you can eat and be vegan. You are adorable and lovely to listen to. I love your enthusiasm; keep it up!
I know you don't tend to seem to eat prepared or frozen meals much but if you ever get a hankering for it, keep an eye out for Aldi's "ethnic" selections that come around every so often. They had some EXCELLENT frozen Vegan Thai ones over the summer, and their seasonal (and heck even their regular veggie burgers) are usually vegan and delicious. I'm not huge into prepared foods myself but I make an exception for Aldi when they've got it!!
great video. What is hash browns? isn't it only grated potatos? you can grate potatos by yourself and you will avoid preservatives from that bought thing:)
Muscadine grapes are my FAVORITE! YUM! YUM! I live in NC and every year we go to my family's farm and pick them endlessly! I come home with bags and bags of them. They are so delicious!

I really, really wish I could utilize ALDI. There is one within walking distance of my house, but I've gone three times and it's absolutely disgusting. The produce is always completely rotten and there is almost none to choose from. You guys are so lucky to have such nice ones!
I never tried frozen grapes 🍇 I like there organic kale at Aldi and there ketchup, there veggie section for bell peppers in a pack, 🍎. They have good deals and can make a lot off food for the whole household.
theres 10 in socal alone: Buena Park Inglewood, Cerritos, Palmdale, san bernadino so your mistaken. and there building more I believe somewhere around 45 in california total .
