He's just so smooth. No wasted moves. Notice how he glides the spices back onto the shelf? As a former short order cook I recognize skill and efficiency when I see it. This man is a master.

I thoroughly enjoyed that. I lived in a really small village in Iwate called Tanohata. The Cha-han, in the village's only ramen spot, was made EXACTLY the same way. The venue almost looks the same too. That was over 11 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday. Super good food.
