- 200g shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 pepper
- 4 pods
- 3 eggs
- 1 dessert spoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
It yields 4 portions, each with 150 calories, 5g of carbohydrates, 2g of fibre, 17g of protein and 6g of fat, approximately.
