Dave, first, I love the simplicity of your Bow Holder.........just the thing my tiny bow shop needs.........Very tiny bow shop..........I wanted to ask if you have found any difficulties in using a portable cable bow press with your bow holder?
Hey there! Thank you! It's worked pretty well with that cable press. I've since picked up a Last Chance press, so I typically use that now, but this is easy to throw in the truck if needed for on the go tuning. Thanks for watching!
Funny, I build something like this this weekend but iI used 2x4 materiel and 1x4 and it made it narrow enough to fit in my vice I then wrap some bungee cord around either end of it to hold it down nice and tight just in case I lift it or something
Thanks for doing this. I will do this for my man-cave soon as well as a table to mount it to which is @ the optimum height. It would be nice to see u do a project on your string while using your portable cable press. I have a Prime CT-5 & Centergy. Which portable press do u prefer on 2 bows which r similar except for 1 having split limbs & the other having solid ones?
Thanks for watching and definitely build one! They are super nice. Here's a video of the Bowmaster Bow Press I put together a while back. In the video I use that bow holder on my bench. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4GdhyJK97Rs.html I'll be putting together some more videos on my garage bow shop build here shortly, but one I did awhile back before I finished it (as seem in this most recent video). That's here's on the channel as well. Thanks again for watching!
