Thank you for everything you are doing. I am learning so much. I'm building an electric gokart and it's almost complete. I have a 16s Lion 4kwh battery 67.2V max. I want to charge it in 1 hour. So I need this so bad. 😂. When do you think you will finish this? I have six HP-1400w 12v server power supplies. Just need constant voltage constant current with over voltage protection. Also, I work with electrical engineers and our power supply engineer said to use tiny Litz wire to get extreme efficiencies from your inductor.
Thanks a lot for the wonderful and insping feedback. I will keep making progress, but I only do it as a hobby project...so progress is a bit slower than I would like. Stay tuned. Your power engineer and I probably live in the same professional arena🤫...hahaha. But he is correct, though. Using tiny multiple stranded gauges minimizes power losses due to skin effect....but then it makes the inductor a lot more expensive and time-consuming to build. This was the inductor design strategy I have shown in my last few videos. 👍👍👍 Thanks again for the wonderful feedback. The Innovati0n Lab 💥 www.theinnovati0nlab.com
