It is fun that you found that canteen. Ordering may be stressful for foreigners, but it is a good place if you want to try foods which locals normally cook at home daily

Did you try the traditional themed restaurant "sandyq" ? It is more expensive than canteen but the experience is amazing. Pls try when you come back to KZ
