This garlicky spinach dish is a quick and easy way to spice up your meals with green vegetables. This stir fry suit all diets - whole food plant-based (wfpb), vegan, vegetarian, omnivore or flexitarian.
Ingredients
• 675g/1 ½ lb fresh spinach leaves
• 1 tbsp groundnut oil or other high smoke point oil
• 4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped garlic
• 1 tsp of sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp white pepper
Notes:
Some examples of "high smoke point oil" are avocado oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, and canola oil. These oils are suitable for stir-frying, deep frying or sauteing.
