Alcohol is a lot cheaper in the US. A big bottle of Smirnoff usually ranges from £20-£30 ($30-$46) in the UK.

~*~ the better vodkas are smooth and have more complexity for drinking on the rocks. Generally if you are mixing, it doesn't matter anyway. Skyy has one of the least amount of impurities. It would be a waste to drown out a bottle of Stoli Elit in OJ or Cranberry Juice lol.

+Omo Omo CocoMomo Espolón all the way. The blanco is hands down the best mixing tequila you can get, and the reposado/añejo aren't bad for sipping.

+TadaGanIarracht Umm let's say they did this video in a span of an hour (two shots every 20 minutes) the average sized man (175 lbs) would be 1 promille drunk. Which is not "tipsy" but actually drunk. And I'm guessing they didn't wait even 20 minutes in between the shots since the video would've taken so long to shoot.

Jenny L Weird, I'm 165 and I've done this before and yeah you can feel it. But I'd put the feeling closer to being tipsy than actually being drunk. I've been drinking a lot for a long time so maybe that has something to do it.

Good advice to anyone from a Russian how to drink vodka like a Russian. Whatever vodka you drink... just don't drink it plain, without a snack to bite after you made a shot or a glass of juice at side. You're just slaying your taste receptors.

As Finnish guy, ive tasted many Russian vodkas and i agree why they call it "water". Vodka is meant to be Strong and stark. Im glad we have some real vodka in Finland...

I usually drink Absolut, the first few shots I'll wash down with soda, the rest I take straight from the bottle. I like the way it burns after I've had a few shots.
