They have a View Talay 6 building next to the Hilton between Beach Road and 2nd Road. It is infested with Airbnbs. The rooms are also very big.

Nice video. I stayed there in August. There are rentals available there. I rented a studio for 1 month. Cost £500. The lady who is in the laundry has rentals. Great place.

Hi Cooper and Darlen! My head actually started spinning on those last 22 rooms.. How about using 2 of them yourself, corner unit and renting out the other 20.. You should be able to get 20-25.000 a month for them furnished and done, that adds up to 4-500.000 a month, 4.8 to 6 mill a year. You said there are no units available for rent so it should be doable to rent them all out. Of course it comes with a huge cost on top of the selling price but this sounds like a wise investment. Paid in full after maybe 15 years before everything is profit. Interesting thank you Cooper, you gave us something to think about there. Plus plus plus 👍👍😁

Have stayed in many of the view talay condos, I like the older larger rooms. I don't know what I'd do with 22 of them though! The mind boggles.

Not all the Yellow exchange booths are TT Thw yellow exchange booth yiu showed next to the night market is not TT exchange, their rates are a lot lower. Look for where it says TT exchange, not just a yellow booth
