Well l got my 15 seconds of fame in the pool, so now l can leave this wonderful place. I have stayed in both the studio and now 1 bdrm and can say this is a fantastic condo complex. Best group of people staying here. Made so many friendships. Thank you Cooper and family.

Two excellent things about filming in your home condo complex - 1) You can talk about the place with real authority because you live there so you can provide real lived experience of the complex, the management, and the facilities (in-complex and in the surrounding area) 2) You don't have to travel far to do your filming 😁 I will say that thanks to your experiences there that DGP2 is certainly high on my radar for when I can eventually get around to moving.

Great videos Coops. May I ask what the "noise pollution" is like? Can you hear your neighbour's TV? Is there a procedure if you have a bad neighbour. Cheers

I’ve never experienced that problem here to be honest. Normally the Juristic office on site would ask the person to turn the noise down. 👍

You’re just listening to rumors. The best way to find out the truth is to try and see it on your own eyes. Don’t judge it based on what you hear, that’s not very favorable. I just had to say my piece. Anyway thank you for watching 😊
