Or what if one day he decides to leave her for someone new? What happens to her then? We are in 2022, not the 1950s anymore. If she isn’t happy in the relationship and doesn’t think he’ll change then she can definitely survive being a single mom on her own, and if he is a good father he will be paying her child support, also women have SO many opportunities that single dads do not. It is hard being a single parent for sure, but if she chooses to stay and their relationship is strained those children will see that (kids aren’t stupid) and they won’t have a good example of a strong and trusting relationship to emulate in the future.
