"cheating is the most loser thing you can do" unless you're a well respected Minecraft youtuber with an angry mob of fatherless fans who will virtually destroy anyone who talks shit about you.
The apology was after Tips , who is basically the Dad of OTK ,called EE and confronted him straight out , saying that they know he cheated and that he will not be getting the prize money. Mizkif told this on one of his streams and it is also now on his RU-vid channel. The apology was basically EE going into crisis-aversion mode to try and save his public image.
Pt.2: The apology was not made because of EE’s feeling of guilt, but instead was in desperation to save himself from the outrage after he was busted. PS: Extra Emily was the sweetest person by full heartedly congratulating EE after his “win” , and after being told that she actually won she wanted to refuse the money and instead accept a collaboration with Mizkif. So if you’re reading this , go and show her some support.
Did the first girl that admitted to her discord giving her the answers returned her win money too? It's odd that it didn't made much noise like this one did
The fact that he cheated was bad, but then OTK had to talk to him, his friends DM'ed him, and he lied to them, then lied in his apology, saying that he only cheated once. Not to mention that the prize pool was 50k, and he called his mom afterwards.
Pyro doesn't have all the facts, so for those looking for a more accurate depiction: 1. The lifelines don't allow you to Google the question. There's a Copy, which means you choose someone to copy the answer of without knowing what they put. The other one is Peak, which means you can choose someone to look at the answer of and take it into account for your answer. 2. There have been past cheaters, but many of them haven't done it to win the show, and for even those who have cheated to win, they didn't win any money. The length of this season was 9 episodes, with the final episode being the winners from the first 8 episodes. This was essentially an All Stars episode, where the reward for being the official season winner was $50k. So until this point, cheaters hadn't scammed Mizkif out of money, but EE did this time. 3. The OTK team (Mizkif's org) caught EE cheating a combined 15 times in the two episodes he won. His apology was absolute garbage because he told people he only cheated once and it was on accident. EE came into both episodes with blatant intent to cheat. 4. EE has been caught cheating in several other things over his career, most notably Yugio Tournaments. Dude's a serial cheater. 5. Probably the worst part of this is him trying to take away $50k from Extra Emily. It'd be one thing if he was up against one of the top streamers who wouldn't care about the $50k, but this girl averages 200 viewers. She's an almost annoyingly kind person, so what he did was basically like kicking a puppy. She also missed out on a 70k viewer host (which is a feature on Twitch where a streamer ends stream and sends their viewers to a different streamer) which would have been massive for her career.
@@helloworld4990 I mean, I know what it off its infamous. Never visited myself (doesn't appeal to me) but throwing e621 into a convo with only a very vague explanation of what it is was used to be a sort of "Goatee", as it would cause innocent but curious people to look it up trying to figure out what you were talking about. You got bonus points if you got them to go directly to an e621 link, but that wasn't necessarily hard, as again they didn't know what those links entailed and were more than glad to click them to see.
"I'm typing on my keyboard, and you can't even see that." Pyro says, as an earthquake to put Haiti and California to shame rattles his camera off its tripod because his desk apparently has worse posture than him
Coming from a Smash spectator, it's sad to see how such a talented individual like EE with an amazing personality on the mic and content creation will forever be remembered by the public as a cheater, a liar and a scammer...
@@trianglemoebius it also sucks that someone with more mainstream popularity aka dream can get away with cheating. When you walk into the less popular territory, things change.
The clip where EE admits to “giving into temptation” and the video is mixed with the clip where EE gets distracted by that one gamer chick is fucking golden
I say, cheating in SINGLEPLAYER games is acceptable, since you're ruining the gameplay only for yourself. I don't condone cheating in MULTIPLAYER games however.
Like how are these people influencers and trusted? Nothing about them is morally correct they are just so nonchalantly admitting to cheating/stealing the prize money and wondering what they did wrong?
If you guys ever feel dumb or depressed, remember that a bunch of streamers needed to to cheat to be smarter than a 5th grader. Genuinely embarrassing XD
EE didn't even confess on his own. OTK (Mizkif's org) called him, saying that they knew he was cheating and just wanted him to admit it (which he did). He then later gave his half assed apology on twitter.
Pyro sneaking in the e six two one reference made me do a double take fr PS: if anyone asks, don't tell em. If they don't know, they don't deserve to know or want to know.
>enters competition by cheating >proceeds to cheat >wins the game >elaborates how he did it >leaves the prize money for the real winner >pisses of host >doesn't leave, sticks around, always remembered for his boldness

Yo Pyro, you should do a review on a little game called Darkwood, it looks like a great game that could be right up your alley. It's dark, has a lot of choices that can affect the story and is genuinely a terrifying experience, and all without jumpscares to boot.
Ya love to see pyrocinical posting. I love this channel here for the shorter term vids and the main channel rocking the longer form reviews. Very glad to see pyro go down this route since every video he posts is just gold and genuinely interesting to watch. Also day 2 of asking pyrocinical to review The Suffering
Pyro daily uploads are amazing. I’m really looking forward to a main channel upload, but even your second channels uploads are higher quality then most other commentary channels in terms of research and editing quality. Love your channel. 🗿👯♂️👯♂️👯♂️🌫🌫🌫👯♂️👯♂️🗿🗿🗿🗿👯♂️👯♂️🌫
Not caring about someone doing a bad thing out in the universe is one thing, but people who try to justify it are so weird. The man stole 50k from his peer/friend/whatever.
re: that neolithic revolution one... i don't think it's that degrading tbh. i think most people won't have even heard the term "neolithic revolution" before in their life unless they're a history nut
In the UK we learn about it in school but like, in maybe 6th year max and it's never brought up again, so exactly. It's not exactly public knowledge here.
I once read a book called "Hidden Talents". It's about a bunch of kids in a "last resort" boarding school who realise they are various degrees of psychic. But that's not important. What's import is, in one part, one of the professors does an experiment where he has the kids hold cards with shapes in various amounts (ex. 3 squares on one card, 4 circles on another, etc.) and the other student has to guess what they are holding. He's teaching probability. One of the "guesser" students realises he can see the cards reflected in the "holder" student's glasses, and accordingly gets all his 'guesses' right. And the teacher makes a point: if you want to get away with cheating, you have to get a realistic number of answers wrong - you just now have the power to get the answers that don't matter wrong, and the ones that do right. You can rig the odds, but if you don't want to get caught, you can't rig them too far in your favour.
Wow even pyro covering this story. EE is one of the top 3 smash ult commentators. I hope he doesn’t get fired for this, smash has already lost enough people ahhhhh
the FGC making excuses for shitty people because they "need them" in it is why it has so many shitty people in, which is why people leave, which is why they need everyone they can get in the first place.
I'm gonna disagree on some reasons why people cheat. Some people do spend hours, days, weeks and months trying to perfect their gameplay, and finally snap when they don't get the luck or the skill they've tried to get. They think they deserve it and by cheating, will finally get what they deserve. Forgot to say I love the vid! Keep it up Pyro!
saying that "i didnt know i was cheating!" is like saying "suddenly, IT APPEARED!" when the police officer pulls you over for drunk driving and asks about the unregistered firearm in your glove box
