Reminds me so much of growing up on the farm in Virginia where the basics were practiced every day. Honesty, hard work, self sufficiency and love for family, country and God. I was greatly blessed and wish to do it again.

At work this week I had a couple co-workers comment that I should wear more feminine type clothing, - I am a forklift operator in a factory - and even though I do wear a little makeup I am always wearing denims, T-shirt (more masculine than feminine), and ball cap while at work. I was dumbfounded at the comments and had actually considered to start wearing more feminine type clothing. BUT,,,,, NOW.... after watching and listening to this video I have decided to continue wearing what I normally wear. God knows what is in my heart and He knows the real me within. Thank you for reminding me of what truly matters and saying it through God's Word, 1 Samuel 16:7. God Bless You Phil, your Beautiful wife Ms. Kay, and the Robertson Family as a whole.

Hub's has a walk-in closet. I maybe have 8 inches across in it! I use the closets in the 2 spare bedrooms, they are like the coat closet in the living room, SMALL! But I don't care one whit! I love my country, cowboy & Godly man who can hunt, fish, trap, rope, ride & hold down 2 jobs & love me!

Thrift store find!Hey I found one of Phil's football shirts for 4.00 dollars! What a find!

I'm 74 and live alone out in the country. Everything that gets done around here gets done by me, so I keeps it simple. I have 7 sets of the same outfit (boots, jeans or cut-off jeans, tee-shirts). Makes choosing what to wear a no- brainer. My neighbors (cows) never complain about my wardrobe.

Talking about your jacket I have one of those it was my dad's he died when I was in my twenties I'm now 57 don't know how long he had it but I put it on every deer season miss you dad

I loved the fact that he really couldn't believe how his closet got so stacked with threads as I couldn't believe it either being a 33yo man living in suburbia Texas (nowhere near farmlands and forestry) with a MUCH more minimalist wardrobe 😅 That's the married life fellows lol

Hi Phil (smiles & hug) Nice tour thru your closet. You are surrounded by lots of room. And, your organization is noticeable. Not too neat & not too messy. Yet, a place for everything & everything a place. You said you had Miss Kay to thank for your "fancy" duds. ("Plz give her a hug 4 me") It's not that I have anything against "camo", it's just that she deserves a hug for gettin' U out of it every now & then. (wink) Preparedness? You showed us some items in your closet 4 those "preparedness" moments. I do understand that "preparedness" can come in different forms. And, if you were 2 look at the closet my Son & I use, you would see what I mean by that different form. Y'see, my Son & I live in a 24 foot RV. It has been our home for the past 11+ years. There is not very much room in our home, so, we have improvised & made the shower our "closet". Yep. We have been walking across the street to use the RV Park shower for the past 11+ years, but we have had a reasonably large "closet" for these past 11+ years, too. In "LIFE" one must choose their "trade-offs" wisely. Plus, this way, him & I all ways have clean clothes & bodies to put them in. Good trade-off the way we look at it. Now, sorry, because I'm gettin' off track here.... Closets? Preparedness? The reason my Son & I have used this "closet" for 11+ years is because it enabled him & I to save a pretty good chunk of money during this time. RV Parks are fairly cheap to live in & it made it easier for us to save. I guess you could say, "Our closet helped us prepare". What for? Well, we have enough money now for a real good down payment on a nice house. And, I don't think him & I could have done this without that "closet preparedness" you speak about Phil. (hug) "PRAISE & THANKS TO OUR FATHER GOD" for all things...."In JESUS' NAME I pray"...Amen. GOD BLESSES ALL.
