Love your videos you guys are great. What is the price of this home? Also Lee Whetherington is the only builder that I know that includes a Florida Basement or storage room in all their plans. When you do your next Lee Wetherington home can you show the Florida Basement? I don't think many people know that is standard with them.

Thanks shark tooth! What is the current financing situation . . .I know the builders are offering reduced rates, but will they consider less than 20% down for those with good credit? Can you still get the reduced rates with less than 20% down? Thank you very much as always for the great video!!

Thanks for watching and Hell yeah you can! Many builders only require 10% down but it really depends on the price point. With a good credit score, you can get 5-6% loans on new construction using builder financing. On custom ground up builds, 20% is common. We’ve got some upcoming videos with the owner of a local mortgage company, that will share his in-depth insights into the intricacies of financing a home. Thanks for the comment but we consider 15-20 minutes from the beach as close. Sales are far from slowing, we have four customers coming into town to buy in this neighborhood in the next few weeks. We’re happy to show you the neighborhood so you can see how great is.

The best part is Sarasota is 40 minutes away and offers all sorts of things to do. Plus…you can’t beat our beaches.
