This is the first video in a series of videos that will show the entire process of renovating an extreme hoarder house.
We bought this house in April 2020, just when all the quarantine and lockdowns were starting for coronavirus. This house was like nothing we've ever seen before - it took 9 full 20 yard dumpsters just to get this place cleaned out and ready to be worked on!

This is so sad. You can tell they once cared about their home with decent furniture, wall decor, magnets on the fridge, etc. It's painfully obvious that hoarding is a mental condition.

As crazy as it does sound, they did take care of some things. For example, there was almost no garbage/perishable items in the whole house, just lots of stuff!

Thank you! We wore masks for the whole cleanup, but it did not smell as bad as it looked (for the most part)

Crazy stuff.. did you put it all for auction or did you just dump everything?

Unfortunately it was almost all junk or ruined, so we had to throw almost all of it away.

@Kash Designs: Do you know what happened to the owners? Just seems someone with a border problem wouldn't be able to !save all their stuff behind

Unfortunately the previous owner had passed away and the house was sold by the estate.

Did you throw everything away or try and donate some of the useful stuff?

We donated as many items as we could, but unfortunately the vast majority of the stuff was not in good enough shape to be reused.

How did they even sleep there? You're lucky it wasn't rodent and bug infested (have watched most of the videos, didn't see any evidence of that)

I'm honestly not sure how they slept there. We were very lucky there wasn't much of anything for rodents or bugs though!
