Hi Todd great presentation have been enjoying your videos. I’ve just recently got my liveview pro camera. The camera without a doubt is the most exciting training tools that I have come across in my 38 years teaching professionally. With regards to the placement of the camera (down the line) I have been told to have it on the hands belt height @ 3 meters. Small children I find 2 meters better otherwise student looks too small. Do you have any preference. As I write this liveview are currently working on split screen two cameras which once up and running will be awesome. All the best Mark

Great question! Typically I like to position the camera at hand height straight back from the hands. They key is to be consistent, hope that helps! 👊

Question when practicing at the range things go pretty well, but if I said as I transition from a 6 iron to a driver to a 9 iron it sometimes takes a bit to dial in does that sound normal?

Good question, this can be a challenge for many golfer but is vital to good golf. When we play golf, we move from club to club as you mentioned. Try going through your routine when moving between clubs...this may help.

In viewing the pros, my pro said that your club shaft shouldn't be below the initial shaft line. Your take aways all seem to be.

His camera is set up down the target line. It should be closer to the toe line and from that perspective it would be tracking the shaft line better

There are some stylistic variations on how to use the shaft line between different teaching pros. We are attempting to provide some general insights to help understand "on plane" take away. Please consult your pro to make sure you are executing the take away to match your coach's take on swing theory.
