Cheese pancake recipe | Simple and quick breakfast 

This cheese pancake recipe is great for a simple and quick breakfast when you are pressed for time.
🥘Ingredients for 2 pancakes:
cheese - 300 g
eggs - 1
sour cream (or yogurt) - 200 g
baking soda - ½ tsp
flour - 150 g
butter - 20 g
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste depending on the cheese
📝Instructions:
In a bowl whisk an egg until smooth
Add sour cream, baking soda and salt, and mix
Add flour and mix well
Add grated cheese and mix well
Place half of the mixture on a frying pan
Cover the pan and fry the pancake over medium heat until golden brown
Sprinkle with melted butter before serving.
