I used to make my own recipe by boiling first the potato and then smashed it until it becomes soft then the next step is similar with how this video made. Adding corn flour,egg,onion, chilies if you want. And then fry. It taste good.

@@ameregal3499 Absolutely! Or English breakfast with bacon and sausage. Just like any recipe, you can always adjust the ingredients to suit your taste, it’s not that complicated. I used coconut oil and rice flour as replacements. Cooked at 820 am and had no need for snacks until I late lunch at 2 pm. Can’t wait to try it with sweet potatoes 😋
Since when potatoes are unhealthy?? 🧐🧐 You can replace refined flour with whole wheat flour . Use a non-stick pan so that you only need a bit of oil . Hopefully that will give good results too. I will try it soon 👍
