recipe:
500 g filo dough
50 grams of butter
500 ml milk
3 eggs
200g Bulgarian Bourne (feta)
Imrti cheese 200 g (Sologoni, mozzarella)
For the sauce:
3 tomatoes
200 g sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
Teaspoon of salt
Dill 20 g
1. unfreeze filo dough in advance. Melt the butter. Grate the cheeses.
2. Grease 3 sheets of filo dough in melted butter, place on top of each other and place in a greased pan.
3. On top of the greased filo dough, spread some of the grated cheese evenly.
4. Continue in the same sequence, 3 sheets of filo, butter, grated cheese. The last layer should be 3 sheets of filo and butter.
5. Mix milk with eggs until smooth, cut the pastry in squares and pour the mixture on top .
6. Bake in oven preheated to 180 degrees until browned.
7. For the sauce, blend the chopped tomatoes, garlic, sour cream, salt, dill, until smooth.
