A slurry is made with liquid (water or broth/stock) mixed with either cornstarch or flour and added to a hot liquid as a thickening agent.

For what it is I’m sure it tastes good but……..bottled broth, frozen tortellini which is obviously pasta and stuffing you didn’t make or shape yourself and dried herbs? Not exactly what I was looking for. And a slurry? Rarely if ever is that the best way to do a recipe. It’s a shortcut.

@@kphoria1009 so the thing is, if you do the hard thing with enough repetition, it doesn’t take “hours and hours”. You’re just lazy. Which is also fine, but don’t be lambasting people who have honed skills for over a decade because you haven’t done the same. I bet you’re pretty fast at whatever dumb shit you do for work. Or maybe you’re not 🤷🏻‍♂️what you do seem to be good at is making it my problem when it’s just a skill issue on your part. I can make fresh, stuffed pasta better than you’ve ever had in under an hour with one dish and a pasta roller. I could do it without the machine but even when I’m talking shit I’ll be realistic- it would probably take me more like an hour and a half.
