I just made this recipe. I cut the ingredients to half, used 9 inches tart pan and added some cherry jam on the top. It’s in fridge now I can’t wait until I try a piece,thank you Stephanie 😊😊. I just want to mention that I added 25 g of graham cracker and one table spoon of butter to the crust😋😋😋

I do not like having to go to another site for a recipe but what is really my pet peeve is no nutrition info. Yet I really like her demo and these squares look delicious! I feel like I learned the technique of lemon zest ans sugar from you years ago and now I always do it when i have lemons in a recipe, and no recipe I follow ever mentions this. Best technique for a good lemon flavor in my opinion!

I made these and they turned out excellent the only difference was that when they cooled I poured unsweetened chocolate over them and then put them in refrigerator, the dark flavor chocolate against the sweetness of the filling and crust was awesome
