@@bucca2 yeah I happened to watch that season recently and I was really surprised to see Nick with such a following that he gained relatively recently. Dude also left do to masterchef in like one of his final semesters in harvard.
@@RedRiotslefttoe He is presuming you copied this because it is in a similar format to another comment posted about 7 months ago, except this time, it was written about the Law and Order theme playing, whilst yours was you reporting Nick to an officer. I will admit your comment is extremely similar.
I can't wait to try it. I love garlic bread, and this one looks delicious!! And thanks for the garlic roasting tips. It looks like the roasted garlic flavor will be intense/really garlicky. 😋
@@seww298 I mean, you shouldn't really be worried. He could have nieces, nephews, or baby siblings who he babysat or something. I know how it feels like since I was the one who took care of my siblings when they were babies.
"once that dough is as smooth as a baby's bottom" *Slaps I have to slap a baby's bottom now to know how to slap that dough *Looks at baby I like ya cut G
Cheesy Garlic Bread Ingredients: - Two garlic bulbs - Olive oil - Salt - Black pepper - 3/4 cup warm water - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast - Pinch of sugar - 1/2 tsp vinegar - 1 1/2 to 2 cups Bread Flour - Mozzarella Cheese Steps: 1. Chop off heads of both garlic bulbs, place in ramekin, and cover with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. 2. Roast at 400°F for 40 minutes. 3. To a stand mixer add 3/4 cups warm water, 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons), and a pinch of sugar. Rest for 5 minutes. 4. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, a half teaspoon of vinegar, and a pinch of salt. 5. While mixing content of stand mixer on low/medium low, add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of bread flour until dough is smooth and cohesive. 6. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel and let rest 1 to 2 hours. 7. Transfer to a baking sheet, cover again with damp towel, and let rest 15 minutes. 8. Make indents in the dough with fingers, pour garlic oil over the bread, and squeeze roasted garlic cloves over bread. 9. Bake at 475°F for 10 minutes, adding mozzarella cheese half way through. 10. Immediately after removing from oven, top with fresh chives, before slicing into portions of your choice. Enjoy!
Good imported extra-virgin oil from Italian olives is worth the flavor. But you want to use it as a light fryer or garnish For heavier frying dishes (breaded chicken etc.) just go for refined olive oil. Those Kirkland cases from Costco work perfectly fine
For those who wanna make this but can’t keep up with him, Two full garlic cloves, Olive oil, salt, pepper, at 400 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes 3/4 cup warm water, 1 packet active dry yeast, pinch of sugar, whisk for 5 minutes 1 1/5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, pinch of salt Slowly add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of bread flour, once dough is smooth, set over warm surface in greased bowl, after 15 minutes put in baking sheet, make indents, pour garlic oil then crush garlic into it, cover with mozzarella cheese,, bake at 475 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes Enjoy
@@indigenouslady7005 That’s a rather ignorant thing to say, and yes, it’s a name. At least she has tried to add something constructive to the comments. Perhaps you should try that, too.
Wow I love this method, I’m going to try on a day I have the time. At first I thought I don’t want to be bothered making my own bread but after seeing the baked bread with all the garlic confit on it you won me over.
Made this, was super tasty and roasting the garlic really helps. My tip would be to let the dough rest for more than an hour, mine came out a little flat. And potentially add a little less garlic, one was enough to cover all my bread. Also add the cheese midway, not when you put it in the oven, or else it just becomes dry
