My better half wrote a review and I'm sharing the experience visually.
His Review:
We get to the restaurant only to find out our reservation was for the next day (senior moment). The host still sat the wife and I only after few minutes wait. We had the best seat in the house - by the window overlooking the kitchen. Although the place was full, it was spacious and didn't seem crowded. We met the chef's husband who was doing his rounds and he was ok to chat with. Our server, Amanda, was much more pleasant and she offered a few suggestions. We enjoyed everything ordered especially the two entrees; Slow Roasted Pork and Seared Black Bass. The Pork was a "melt in your mouth full of flavor out of this world experience". My wife tremendously enjoyed the fish and surprisingly I did too; enough to convert me. The line cooks (Josh and team) provided a great show. It was quite enjoyable watching the teamwork in assembling dishes. Everything about tonight met our expectations. I will drive 2+ hours again to Kinston.
