Everyone's talking about Ben's anger, but I would love to celebrate Jamie & Mike's decision to continue to fan those flames!😂 Mike talking about how he would use the tongs and going _"Nee-oww"_ and _"ooooOOOOoooo!"_ in a little kid's tone as if he's playing with them is hilarious!

Haven't seen Ben this irate in a while. Sausage turning tongs broke the man.

Those tongs need to appear in some future challenge where gadgets are used just to see if they get Ben riled up again.

Some airplanes have power outlets between the seats. Imagine a stewardess asking if you'd like a cup of tea and you just go "no thanks, I have my own" and pull that out 😂

I've seen that egg separator on tiktok before, being used by someone who separates at least 5 dozen eggs at a time and I remember her saying that if she's using the egg whites for merengues, and one of the yolks breaks, she has time to move the egg white bowl out of the way before any yolk gets in, which is interesting. and then of course she has to clean the whole thing before continuing.

Just over the 3 minute mark.... Ben's expression is priceless ..you can almost hear his thoughts.. "I'm a trained chef...and here I am sitting next to a kindergarten pupil who is LITERALLY playing with his food!!!"

The egg separator is about to change my life. I was born with a disability that left me with only two fingers on my left hand and no hand on the right, just from my wrist up. I've adapted, learned ways to do dang near everything I want but separating eggs has always been a no go. Even the suck the yoke up in the plastic bottle was 50/50 at best. This thing, dude! I'll take 16 please!

Ben’s constant teabagging his… well… teabag made me have an idea: you guys should do a challenge where you learn from a tea sommelier and then make a food/tea pairing!

If you’ve got a tiny kitchen or a camper/RV style kitchen, I can see the tiny kettle being a great benefit.

To look up while listening when Mike goes "Ny-oooom" with the sausage to follow up with Ben, I couldn't stop laughing! We need more testy gadgets :p

I got my nephew the building blick waffle maker because he lives blocks. His mom says that he loves it!!

Watching Ben absolutely lose his cool when Mike uses the tongs on the table suddenly gives perspective on a lot of throwaway remarks from older videos... That was a little scary 😂 I feel like there are probably other products in the market that solve the problem of heating water on the go, which are less bulky than a regular kettle and battery-operated. 🤷‍♀ The egg separator is just good fun, and again if you're trying to bake or cook with kids, they would have a lot of fun watching the eggs, just like Ben, Mike and Jamie did. 😂 I want to watch Barry and Kush use that waffle maker and build something fantastical. Build enough waffles for it to actually be used as building blocks. Reminds me vaguely of old-school sorted videos like the sandcastle cake. 😊😊

While I was in high school, I used to work in a bakery. I don't know how many eggs I've separated, but I know that it is many thousands. We had an egg separator very similar to this, except it was one long slide. It made that work so much easier.

The hot water thing would be brilliant in hospital waiting rooms(avg wait 6-12 hours) dialysis center, (treatment 4 hours plus set up) all these places are kept cold, and there's never food or drink nearby. If you have to be there on the regular it would be a life saver.

I love how Mike is enjoying annoying Ebbers with those tongs and poor Ebbers is just playing right into it 😂

I guarantee that waffle maker exists because someone started wondering if they could *actually* LEGO their Eggo.

So that Egg Seperator. I actually use one in my day to day life. I'm a bartender by trade and on a night we will generally serve around 100-120 Whiskey/Amaretto/Yuzu sours at our bar, we take the whites and the kitchen takes the yolks to make a Hollandaise sauce with. Absolutely key bit of kit.

As someone with mobility issues, the first two look great! Less wrist twisting with the first and no heavy kettle lifting with the second! I could definitely see both improving my quality of life.

The egg separator would be super handy if you're a bartender and you want egg whites for cocktails. Put that gadget up behind the bar and put on a show for your guests 😅

The 'anywhere you want as long as there is a plug socket' is how I described making calls with my first mobile phone nearly 20 years ago. And as there are already heating devices for travelling to put in a mug or such, this water heater would take more space I think.

If I had a camper I would probably like that water heater. Look easy enough to mount somewhere where it would be out of the way and I would never have to worry about the kettle being secured for driving

The water heater is simple: I can guarantee that device was designed and produced in Asia with the Asian market in mind specifically because there are places on the continent with strong supply chains and access to power but no potable running water built into the local domestic infrastructure. Drinking water comes in bottles, full stop, and this is an easier way to heat it up for beverages rather than use a stove or microwave or whatever.

I love these gadget videos where Ben tests them out (aside from cookbook videos) cuz he’s at his most chaotic state 😂

Surely with the tongs you’re meant to hold the sausage on the sides at one end and then “using the power of gravity” it swings down because of the rotating part and it flips! I think I got more irate than Ebbers watching that.

Poker Face 2.0: Classics Edition. I was watching one of the old Poker Faces and think they should try them again in the new format. The burnt spices, garlic ball, over salted chocolate seem easy enough to hide in the group format.

I do a lot of roadtrips. I use an Aeropress for Coffee and my kettle takes up so much room in my food kit. Actually more room then my coffee press. The hot water gadget would great. Saves me a ton of room. The practically for instant ramen is also great.

Love how Mike was the silly kid til he got a gadget that brought the Dad out in him. The switch was hilarious 😅

I could imagine that hot water dispenser coming in handy in plenty of situation. A library, an airport lobby while waiting between flights, a train station. I don't know if motels are common in the UK, but they're super common in the US and a lot of motels don't have kettles/coffee machines. As for hotels, most US hotels have coffee machines, not kettles, and you don't want your tea or cup noodles tasting like old coffee residue. In the US, we have a lot of parks that have pavilions with power outlets; you could toss this in your backpack/laptop bag, go to the park, and have tea with your book or work. That being said, I'd never buy one. Not only is it too expensive, but I'm a silly American and I only drink low quality cold sweet tea from Arizona cans 😎

One of the hardest times I ever laughed was Ben yelling about tongs that couldn't pick up a sausage. I really appreciate you guys bringing (sausage-specific) tongs back to kitchen gadget reviews.

The best use case i can think for the kettle is in the cabin on a boat trip, where you have electricity plugs but no storage space. Maybe if you work on one of those kind of isolated jobs you can make good use of it.

i stay in hostols a lot and they don't always have kettles and the watter they have isn't always great. so being able to buy a cheap bottle of water and being able to have a coffee is really handly

the sausage turning tongs make sense for people with dexterity issues or RSI. Cleaning them might be an issue.

That tea kettle thingy is good for camping. There's plugs on the campgrounds but often no water and kettles are bulky. Very niche case but there's one.

3 minutes in and I love that Ebbers is just irritated 😂 I can see the second one being useful in disaster situations providing you manged to grab you full emergency kit and are in a shelter

Now imagine - making the waffles different colors. Along with several colored options for dipping. Waffles are find room temperature - the kids could have so much fun.

The flat kettle thing would be awesome for dorm rooms. Most don't have their own kitchen but and often filthy shared one. However for that price you could get a decent normal kettle so the only redeeming quality is the small size.

That hot water dispenser would be perfect for camping… I have a solar power system that also has an outlet built into it and it would be absolutely perfect for having a cup of coffee when you first start to set up camp before you even build a campfire… Absolutely love that

As lots of you have kids now. I think an idea could be how you adapt recipes to suit babies/toddlers i.e. how do you cook a recipe with less salt or sugar but still have it taste yummy for the whole family. Or baby food gadgets testing.

For the portable kettle thing, I’d use that in the back of an ambulance. Make pot noodles or tea/coffee if wanted. We have plugs and plenty of water!! 9:50

Ok here's my three for the kettle 1- any hotel room in America ( there will probably be a tiny coffee maker) 2- a dorm room (where you are not supposed to have appliances, but most students do anyway) 3- bus stations

Mild pushback on the kettle thing: kettles are ubiquitous in the UK, but this is not the case everywhere. If you were travelling around in the US for example, none of the listed places would by default have a kettle.

The water heater fits in a cupboard or drawer. 100% love it.

I'd imagine that water heater would be pretty popular with truckers. This would take up less space and is flat and more stable thus less likely to fall over and roll around in your truck. I can also this work well when camping especially now that powerbanks with household plugs are becoming more popular that or you could plug it into most electric cars.

I would imagine that the hot water dispenser, given that it has Chinese/Kanji on it, would be very nice for an apartment. I lived in Okinawa for 3 years and the apartments/studios there are SO small. Like small enough to where a full size kettle is literally too big for the kitchen.

That flat kettle would actually amazing for my camping and hiking expeditions. I have a little portable solar/battery setup to change my phone/whatever else I need, and as you said its a flat so would fit quite neatly in a rucksack. I could see myself really liking something like that for a quick hot drink on a cooler hike. And not gonna lie, I kind of like the sausage tongs.

Kettle: backpacking from hostel to hostel when you know you have access to a plug. Or hotels that only use pod style coffee/tea dispensers in the room. So you could make your own hot drink mix, oatmeal, instant noodle meals.

Places/situations to use the 2nd item: (1) Dorm rooms (2) Your bedroom if you are sick and being isolated from the rest of the house (3) If it has a car outlet adapter it would be useful for road trips.

That kettle would work in a caravan / campervan as it packs down small when not in use / travelling. Although you can get silicon kettles for your hob that pack down too. Good if your in an all electric camper.

8:34 would be handy at the airport
