Every time Sara speaks it sounds like she has a huge, smug grin in her voice. That's probably the reasons I didn't like her very much. It's probably unintentional and I can respect that fact, but when everyone else can control their tone and sound appropriately remorseful any time they screw up and get chewed out by Ramsay... Either she's been taught that it doesn't matter or she's not paying full attention to everything going on around her.

I love how Gordon tells the head waiter to just fuck off. I've noticed on every service that the head waiter does a great job and he is always so polite and tries to keep Ramsey calm and does a good job with the wait staff. I feel bad for him and feel like he doesn't get enough recognition.

Chef Ramsay gets it. I go to a high end restraunt with my wife once a month. When we go and we are paying 100-150 bucks for a meal we expect it to be the best possible. It is great to see high stabdards because we work hard for our money and we expect a chef to do the same.
