What some of the contestants don’t realize is that not only do they have to do ALL meals like that but it’s actually NORMAL to Mr. Ramsey so when Matt starts getting all happy like he did over that one thing I knew he’d be gone..

Petrozza made it to runner-up. Also, in one of the episodes when Petrozza had a breakdown, it was Bobby who rescued him. Yes, Petrozza had somewhat of an unsanitary workplace, but he cooked well. Even Gordon commented: "I don't know how you can come up with perfect food with that kind of a workstation."

well if you havent worked in a kitchen i think youre not qualified to say anything since theres other chefs or cooks saying that its normal during rush hour and in Hells Kitchen its always a rush hour

That episode was my favorite episode in that season. Matt is used to being in the blue team and always has a problem with Ben, after swearing if he dares to be in the women's team. Ramsay told him to change his team and that night, he became really good and managed to take his revenge on Ben twice in the same episode. Ben also ended up eliminated.
