I do mine at 350°F for about 45 mins (depending on the thickness) to render the fat then 400°F for 15-25 mins to crisp the skin 😊

The best part of buying airfryer is having to cook lechon kawali without using oil. The porks natural oil is best for frieds rice and eggs.
