Chef Sunder Makes Restaurant style Aloo Tikki - Tamil | Recipecheckr [Eng Sub]

Nobody is trying this at home and some peoples avoid chat items because they think chat items from roadside shops were less hygienic. Aloo Tikki is an important and famous chat which is also called potato cutlet and it's everybody's favourite. Not everybody is doing this perfectly at home. the reason is, the crispy, tasty and punchy is not there. This video is in Tamil.

Ingredients Qty
Potato 200 gm
Green chilli 1 no
Corn flour 1 1/2 tsp
fried channa dal powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbs
Mint chutney 1 tbs
Sweet chutney 1 tbs
Salt to taste
