We had the opportunity to try out one of the latest fine dining restaurants in the country, Tatung’s Private Dining, which opened last April 2022. It is located at Chef Myke “Tatung” Sarthou’s newly-built home in Antipolo, Rizal. They currently cater to a limited number of guests on a reservation basis only.
The private dining experience involves a 10-course meal that takes you from Luzon, Visayas, down to Mindanao. They also have an option for wine-pairing, too! Here’s a glimpse of the experience -
