Maybe you can make an Asado Grilled Cheese Sandwich, you must try Asado, it's like a barbecue but you have different cuts like Vacio, Ribs, Chorizo, Morcilla, etc

Of course I will recommend you visit the Balkans..we have all kind of "white" chees which is great for salsds, but also "kashkaval" - or yellow cheese, hundreds of varieties, usually sheep cows milk or mix, why for grilled cheese? Harder and more aromatic than cheddar, but softEr and meltier tah parmesan. Definitely Itally will be heaven destination
