Thanks Linda and congrats on your new life. I wish you the best and I really enjoy your grocery hauls. But I enjoy all your videos. Yes to the sous vide video and the other video suggestions you made. I edited this to say I do weekly menus and enjoy your way of informing us about your menu plans.

We have a chefs store, 40 min. drive. I go for bulk holiday & celebration dinners.

In Modesto California, We have 2 restaurant supply stores, we have one (the larger one) that sells lots of food and some utensils , pots pans knives etc.😮😂 one that sells everything but food and beverage. It Carrie’s some big stoves and big fridges and big freezers not any walk in freezers or fridges though. I like to buy my 1/2 sheet pans and such here, lots of small items too, forks, spoons, napkin dispensers, etc. I’m real excited about Make it March- using your canned food recipes. I have lots of jars of canned food just sitting on my shelves in my pantry, not knowing just what to make with my ingredients???? So this will be a big help to me. I’m 75 and a widow.

Love Chef Store, their meat is higher grade than most supermarkets since it is intended for restaurants. The only thing is that the meat are large portions, be prepared to partition at home and freeze the smaller portions. Don’t forget your freezer paper. Don’t miss the Monin syrup aisle, these are premium, natural flavoring syrups that are great for making your own fountain drinks. For example, buy an eight pack of Bubbly blackberry seltzer and a bottle of Monin blackberry syrup. Place Bubbly in a glass and add syrup to the Bubbly to make your own fruit flavored soda. You can control the amount of sweetness to the beverage, I recommend a tablespoon of syrup per can to start, and adjust to your preference. Chef Store has other brands of syrup, but Monin is definitely the premium brand. Remember, it is a restaurant supply merchant not a grocery store, so they cater to restaurant needs. Give them a try if you haven’t yet. Thanks Linda for your videos, keep up the good work.

We get bacon and Torani syrup at Chef Store regularly! Also, an occasional package of beef for steaks. Yum!

I will do that for you very soon. We had them tonight with ceviche and Jasmine rice. It was absolutely wonderful but I will do it. I’ve done it twice now. They’re just very rich. You don’t need very many.

Hi Linda, we have a chef store in carson city. They have the best prices on certain products like torani, rice noodles as well as el pato enchilada sauce

Asiago is my favorite cheese for grilled chicken Caesar salad. We don't have a chef store, unfortunately. I am in the south east. Premier protein cafe latte is my favorite flavor that I have tried

Roanoke, VA recently opened a Chefs Store. I went to the grand opening which was a madhouse. I need to go back so I can really explore.

I’d love to see that pear pie.. here in NS Canada- we pay 1.60 per liter of gas- ridiculous.. anyway, I love all your videos- I have learned a large part of my cooking and canning journey from you. Thank you!
