your video on this instrument is very helpful for me. i want to ask you one thing, what is the formula of this instrument to calculate the difference in absorbance which is plotted here as you shown? difference in absorbance = Absorbance of left circularly polarised light - Absorbance of right circularly polarised light or may be opposite of that.
The operation protocol is clearly understood except for variable temperature. I want to measure a CD spectra for my sample whose absorption is 350nm and I could see a bisignate cotton effect. I want to measure temperature dependent CD from 20 to 90oC using JASCO J 815 please help with notes or vedio manual. thanks in advance
