That explosion didn’t look like it would take out a whole block.

Nice piece of detail there at the beginning, he gave information on the potential danger of the cargo. Though in reality, he would have shown them the safety documentation assosiated with the payload, as then they can better take precautions in order to minimize the danger. I can't stress how important that is. But I also feel the need to question something: he said there was enough liquid hydrogen to knock down the neighbourhood. In other words, a lot of power. When it eventually blew up, those firefighters weren't really that far away from the blast. You even see the shockwave and smoke pass over them. Yet they're unharmed. Now injuries from the shockwave, no shrapnel, nothing. In fact, it seems a lot of other things nearby were also unharmed. From what I could gather (though It might be the wrong amount), theres maybe 1950 litres of gas in that tank. That should make for a decent explosion. Wouldn't that mean this bomb pretty much, would have a big danger radius? then add the shrapnel from it because there's almost always shrapnel. What I'm asking is, does the calculations add up? Were they safe, or should they either have sustained injuries or even death? Because it feels like they got plot armor
