God, me too. Especially since the talents that were locked were basically completely arbitrary.

I got to beta HotS and between talent gates and lack of quests meaning like 200 games to unlock a new hero (or some dollars) I dropped it with a "This game has no future." I'm glad I was wrong and they just needed some more time to iterate.

That Zul'Jin played a good game. Making a mistake is human and it sucks if it costs you the game, but don't downplay his entire game for a fuck up..

​@@lianeot9099 Interesting assumption. I think you're reading into my comment based on ideas/thoughts that I didn't express. I did not say he's a bad player or downplay his overall gameplay; I pointed out exactly what happened: the same person that made the bad play that lost the game got MVP, and this is the second time that that has happened in this A-Z. Last time this happened, with the MVP being the cause of the loss, it was far more egregious, but the fact remains that the MVP was responsible for the loss in both cases.

Technically, the winning team won because of his action, making him the MVP.

Honestly think most of the team did a collective throw. Just like Pally said, he used the ult to dissengage and scatter the enemy which... they were all in way to deep. But yes, Zul definently was walking in like a big dick with neither the survivability, mobility or... well anything to be able to get away from ANY of the enemy team if they engaged... ESPECIALLY WITH A FREAKING BUTCHER WITH AN ULT AVAILABLE!!!

And he was blinded...

Problem is the stagger chen rework is pretty much shit

@@thumper5555 It was better for the overall health of the game. You could easily cheese out the ammo in so many ways

Ive had some really fun QM single queue Cho'gall games and would recommend trying it with no expectations - might just be really fun!

I second this. I'm always trying to get back into watching classic Pally but if his game isn't on point AND he's not oozing positivity, it's kinda painful. I can kinda look past things like ignoring globes, not going Elusive into a Butcher Artanis Sylv, maybe not directing his team better, not last-hitting the fountain, not going for kills onto a very low Butcher, even though it always hurts to watch, but the late-game throw fiesta is just absurd. Not clicking core to end the game, avoiding enemies that are dead but running into them when alive. I'm yelling at my screen "there's enemies, do you not see them?" And then with the constant chat toxicity and offhand remarks. Feels frustrating to watch. Thank you for letting me rant here. I miss enjoying Pally and I think the A-Z doesn't feel good for him.

I think it was related to the ping on the low health butcher that KT killed earlier. 18:36 I don't think Zul noticed KT was very aware of the butcher's health.

It's a really stupidly simple system, something like kill participation minus deaths plus two points for each max stat or so. Really dumb and pointless and pretty much counterproductive as it's a sort of absolution for the losing MVP. "See, I can't be part of it because I have a shiny participation trophy!!1"
