Criminally underrated band. Longevity and evolving. They are simply great. Especially given they are a trio.

Face to the Floor, Saturdays, Vitamin R, Closure, Take out the Gunman, Well Enough Alone, Forfeit, Point #1, The Red, Sleep Apnea, Jars, Hats Off to the Bull.

They just put out their 9th studio album last month. Literally every single song they've ever put out is a smash. Any song you react to by them will be a good one! Can't wait for more!

I got the chance to see Chevelle in concert back in 2012. This band is unbelievably underrated. One of the tightest in the biz. And yes they still putting out music. They have a new album called Niratias that came out back in March.

I think the snowboarding is just another way to show the pain one faces. If you really check out the lyrics, though. You can see that the song is a warning about shoving your pain inside ( Send the Pain Below). You hear him talk about how someone in a relationship caused all this pain in him, but he stuffed it down inside instead of allowing himself to feel it. Whereas we can do this occasionally, it is a bad idea to do it continually. If one doesn’t have a mental break due to squelching all of their emotions, they may blow physically. And this is illustrated in the song when he says, “I can’t feel my chest.” Then, shortly after you hear a blood curdling scream. I think the band are trying to illustrate that sending the pain ( Or are emotions) below continually can only end in tragedy, but he isn’t going to take that path. The completed landings at the end of the video are there, I believe, to show he took a healthier path and will be OK, now.

Finally!!! Chevelle is amazing band. So many underrated songs.

@Devin Gibson If you want to know the true meaning of this song I’ll explain it. Apparently the true meaning of the song is about the pain of horniness and sexual urge but the way I see it I think this song is about going through a toxic relationship or maybe going through personal demons, or personal suffering. But that’s my take on it.
