The K5 is off to paint, and the rebuild/refresh is in full swing. The next step is getting the original seats recovered. To get the job done, I loaded them up and took them down to a local spot with a lot of history, Harold's Trim Shop, Est. 1953. The history and vibe of this place is like no other. If you like historic automotive content, this video is for you. Although the doors to Harold's have been shut for a while now, I got to visit and glean the knowledge of current building owner Wayne Pittman (Harold's son.) With his help, the seats for our 1985 K5 Blazer came out incredible. We will also be recovering the Blazer's headliner in preparation for the fresh interior and carpet kit we will be installing as soon as we get the truck back from paint.
Thank you so much for being here and watching. If you enjoy this type of content don't forget to subscribe!
@Lmctruck1 for the seat covers seen in this video. They were a great fit on the factory molded foam frames!
