Would like to see all options. Is there a special way for heated seats? Mine don't seem to come on with remote.

You don't have to push it twice , just hold it down longer the first time. Also you can program it to roll your windows down too while holding the unlock button down even longer. If you want to stop the windows during the process, just hit the lock button.

Mirrors will fold if you hold it on the first press too. Do not have to press it twice. Also, hold down the unlock button and all the windows will roll down. Press again (or the lock button, I can’t remember) and they’ll stop at that spot in case you don’t want them all the way down. Also. Press lock then hold start to start the truck remotely AND lock then start to turn it off in case you’re delayed

Everybody already know the 2 stages of traction control? Push and hold traction control button, dash will tell you traction control off, keep holding it down for 15-20 sec and it will turn off stabilitrak, dash will show this aswell.... Let the burnouts begin

Nice any videos on setting the seats? I’ve watched many videos I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t have the original key fob because he doesn’t have a number on the back and maybe that’s the way it won’t set.?

You can hit the button n hold it once and the mirrors will fold. And I second the fact that this is no secret. Tells you in plain English or whatever language your owner's manual came in.

Main important thing not mentioned is this is only for the high end models not for like lt or even some ltz models other than that great video thanks for sharing.

My 2017 Silverado LT doesn't give me that option. I do auto windows which ,as you said "nice to have on a hot day", I just hit auto start and A/C kicks on and then hit remote to make windows go down, the when I get back in the truck, all the hot air is gone.

Press and release the unlock button once. Press it again quickly and hold it. All your windows will roll down. However you'll have to put them backup manually

I got a 2018 gmc sierra truck on Monday but it didn't have the remote but I was told it had the equipment already installed light remote start keyless entry but it would cost me $420 to get it activated do you think that is something that can be done after market for Less or something I can do myself

I have the same keyfob from my 92/Buick Regal... Not surprising to see GM hasn't progressed very much

Can also set up so that your windows and roof open on unlock function in the summer

on mine to fold the mirrors you dont have to push it twice , just hold lock down and it locks and folds mirrors and hold unlock and it unlocks and unfolds them, no double pushing needed, also if you hold down even longer it will roll all windows down

When cycling the key in the on not start but on position and holding the lock and unlock buttons together puts your vehicle in tpms tire training mode.

I know 15 years ago. Honda ridge line did lots on the pod windows up n down. Ya i now wonder if my 2016 ram will do that. Ill try. Its does not come with auto start. So i watched a video on my truck fob. Other day. Guys pushed lock 3 or 4 times and it started. Wish i new that in the winter. I look under dash. There is off on switch. And a lil black box. So i think someone had one in it. Idk?

Yeah further to this, you only need to hold down lock button for about a second when locking 5e vehicle and they’ll retract. On opening your truck, holding the unlock button down for a second will unfold after unlocking door. If you continue to hold button down, windows will all come down, provided their set that way in the convenience group settings.

That only works on the LTZ.

Off topic: what's the percentage of the tints?

Highest level trim and you still can’t get push start - even without push start you still get two separate pieces for the keys. Seems like something from 10 years ago. When I test drove it was that and the inability to get a center console in anything but High Country that steered me away.

Your key fob os differemt from mine. The dealership probably programmed mine from another vehicle. Its oval shape
