Chevy Camaro: 3.6L V6 Vs 6.2L V8! 

The v6 hit 120 decibels with 4 cats. It’s loud but sounds like a trombone

The V6 sounds like “blasting” on a baritone or Tuba 🤣

There’s someone at my school with a 2014 camaro and it was hard to tell wether it was a V6 or V8 because it’s just like the first one in the video it sounds really loud when he drives off but now I can definitely tell after watching this it’s the V6 because it doesn’t sound nearly as good as the V8 😂

Nothing beats the rumble of a V8 6.2 litre engine !❤️🥰

Worst V6 camaro in my opinion, but the V8 camaro sounded epic with it's 6 speed manual transmission to be honest

you really cant compare these cars/engines, theyre honestly in leagues of their own, same with 4 bangers. Sound is subjective, and I can tell you that camera microphones do no exhaust noise justice. it usually always sounds different in person.

V6 doesn't sound good but that 6.2 sounds great but personally I'd do a cat delete. X pipe and 2 resinators

God damn that v6 sounds like shit. The way it revs up and sounds like a duck making sound repeatedly. I don’t get how someone can pay money for that sound and enjoy it 😭💀

Leave the resonators on the V6 and lose the tail mufflers and add perforated tips. The V8 sounded nice but the replacement pipe at the back looked too small like it was shoved into the factory pipe, that usually adds rasp.

There is no way to make a v6 muscle car sound good

The v6 did the right thing by deleting the resonators for more sound but for someone reason they think that gabage tru x-pipe is going to make it sound good, no stop it please lol they need to get a resonated x pipe or a chamber system, those Tru x pipe don't do shit for getting rid of rasp or anything

If u have a V6.. just be happy with it.. it sounds worse the more u try to make it loud.. more like a motorcycle smh..

To me the V6 still sounds like a rice burner. My grandson had that same car, and he did a mod like that and it never sounded good to me. My question to you is both of these CA cars are now licensed in TN so why didn’t you suggest they remove the extra cats?

v6 sounds hella stupid

The 3.6 is too raspy. It needs mufflers or resonators with a h-pipe. I like the 6.2 but the drone will get to him in short order.

If u can, bring back the V8 camaro, after the header install, for a comparison.

I don’t really know to much about the 5th Gen Camaros but that’s sounded like a Manuel 6.2

1) Why does the V6 car have tow-hooks on the front? LOL! Humans make me laugh - like it's a race-car or something. Why? Not trying to be disrespectful at all but don't sink money into a car like this "thinking or pretending," it's something it isn't! It just sounds hideous! Save, invest your money and then get the real camaro V8 sports car and mod. 2) An X-Pipe will ONLY sound better on a 4 or 6-banger because it will have a higher rasp sound like these car naturally produce. You will only want a H-Pipe on a V8 to get that deeper growl.

My v6 camaro has bbk long tube headers high flow cats stock resonators and super toy axle backs and it blows the Camaro in the video out of the water in my opinion 😂

Might have found what I want to do to my V6 Camaro.
