Today I am reviewing the new 2024 Chevy Silverado truck that I recently purchased. I've had it for about two months and I absolutely love it.

We have the exact same truck in a 2022. Differences are we don't have the heads up display, the dual tail gate, and the extendable steps. Cherry red tint coat is beautiful though and turns heads. Congratulations on a great truck.

Hi Papo. It was a pleasure meeting you and your wife Migdalia at American Dream Mall yesterday in Jersey. We were there for most of the day and returned home late last night. And yes, you were watching my video at the same time I was walking by with my family and you recognized me. What are the odds of that? By the way, just two minutes after we finished talking I bumped into a group of four that also recognized me. But that's a story for my next video. I mentioned I was working on the 52 truck. Look for that next Saturday.

Wow 🤩!! The grill on your truck remind me of an acient Egyptian or Mayan statue that I’ve seen befor🤔 I believe it’s the smile of a lion . I know it sounds weird but it came to my mind🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s a beautiful truck 👍🏽💯

Love the color. I got 1 back in Jan. in the Glacier blue color. My state does not have license plates in front of vehicles, so mine did not come with a plate holder in front of it. But I would like to add a novelty plate to the front of it. I have been trying to find out how the front plate holder is fastened to the front of the truck. Does it require drilling holes in front bumper to mount the plate holder? You would have to take your New York plate off the holder to see behind it and how the plate holder is fastened. You could even make a video of your findings to help out others who want to know as well. Your going to love the truck.

My front license plate is identical to this GM part: GM1068250. If you buy it online, be aware it doesn't come with any screws or hardware and have to be purchased separately. It attaches with two big bolts or screws to the front bumper. I can't see how it attaches from the back because then I would have to remove the bumper or radiator. Hopefully the part will come with a set of instructions.

Hola Papo. Que sorpresa la de ayer! Mucho gusto en conocerte, y a tu esposa Marta, Ariel y su esposa Wanda. Era poco tiempo pero hablamos de muchas cosas. Cuando los deje encontre a mi familia jugando mini-golf y nos quedamos en American Dream Mall como hasta las 3:30 y despues tomamos el largo viaje de retorno a Galway, NY. En esta semana voy a trabajar en mi proximo video, el truck del 52 y los voy a mencionar a todos en ese video. Otra vez, fue un placer en conocerlos.

Great truck ! Do you plan to keep it for over ten years? If so the speedometer video will start to fade and you will not be able to see it during the daylight. Mine has faded. Mine is 14 years old. I love it. Very dependable.

Absolutely, yes. I do plan to keep it for over ten years. The last car, which I still have, is 18 years old. I may still keep the old car as a backup even though it's somewhat falling apart. LOL. I hear you about the speedometer, but this new digital one is promising. I've needed a truck for a long time and I finally got one. Looking to have new adventures with it.

Thanks 👍Hi GTA. Today I took the truck to Jersey and it drove like a champ. And yes, the next video you will see will be about the 1952 truck. I just received some new tools that will help me with the project and once I start I will continue until done. Can't wait to put that one on the road. BTW, I was at American Dream Mall in north Jersey today and I met some subscribers. They recognized me as I walked around. More details in the next video.

Nice Truck! I wanted the Denali Ultimate, but heard all the Trucks from GM & Chevy ( of course ) Brakes were not very good. I hope this one works for you, & my fingers are crossed for ya, just beware of their Brake Problems. Good Luck 👍

I have never owned a truck before, other than my antique 1952, but I do have to say that because it is much heavier than my car the truck takes a little more force and distance to stop. But that's because it weighs 7100 lbs. vs. 3500 lbs. for my car. But I quickly got used to it and can compensate in other ways. Yesterday I took the whole family in the truck to North Jersey. The truck, and brakes, worked like a champ and I am very happy with it.

The old truck is my “old man project”. It’s a 1952 Chevy and not for sale. Should be back on the road in a couple months.

The home projects are great, especially after retirement. Some of the things we always wanted to do but could not, now we have the time to do. Another great benefit and which always surprises me is that even after retirement we keep learning new tricks as I am sure you have. Life is never boring.

Everything I have I owe to the United States Navy. Spent 30 years there. Military recruiting stations have always been open to everyone.

Ovi is a humble man. He is not bragging he is proud of his new well-deserved truck. He has worked hard and still works hard. Furthermore, he served his country his entire career. And not as a politician but in the us military. I say good for him..
